What is Smart Grow App?

Smart Grow App helps mobile teams keep secrets safe, manage signing certificates, and share iOS/Android builds by app and environment — all from one dashboard.

How do Secure Variables work?

Variables are stored encrypted and only decrypted on device. Update values in the dashboard and users receive them on the next app start or secure fetch — no rebuilds. RBAC controls who can see and change what.

How do you handle certificates?

Store certificates centrally, track expirations, and get alerts ahead of time. Rotate and distribute files from the dashboard with clear roles and permissions. CI/CD integration for certificates is not available yet.

How do I share builds with testers?

Upload iOS/Android builds by app and environment and share a link or QR code. You can also bring your own S3 for storage and automate uploads with our API.

Which platforms and tools are supported?

Build sharing works for Android and iOS apps (native or cross‑platform). Secure Variables offer SDKs for Android, iOS, and Flutter. Development Variables use a CLI that works in terminals and CI on any stack.

Can I use this with CI/CD?

Yes. Use the CLI to set Development Variables in CI, and use our API to upload app builds from your pipelines. Certificate management does not yet provide CI/CD integration.

How is access managed?

Role‑based access control (RBAC) lets you assign permissions per app and environment, ensuring least‑privilege and clear separation of duties.

Do I need a paid plan to start?

Yes. Smart Grow App is offered on paid plans. Contact our team to pick the plan that fits your needs and get onboarded quickly.

What support do you offer?

We provide email support and documentation for all plans. Enterprise customers receive priority responses and dedicated assistance.

Can I use my own infrastructure?

Yes — you can choose how to run Smart Grow App:

Fully managed: We host everything for you. You can request data residency (e.g., EU/US) if needed.

Hybrid (BYO S3): Bring your own S3 bucket for build artifacts while we host the control plane and dashboards. We connect using scoped credentials you provide.

Self‑hosted (entire stack): Deploy the full solution in your cloud, including app services, database, storage, and networking. We provide install guides, container images, and updates. All features (Secure Variables, Certificates, App Deployment, Development Variables) are supported.

Need air‑gapped/offline environments or stricter controls? Contact us — we can accommodate enterprise requirements.

Do you build custom features?

For enterprise customers, we can prioritize custom integrations and workflows (for example: SSO/SAML, custom roles and permissions, additional audit logs, webhooks, or tailored approval flows). Share your requirements and we’ll assess feasibility and timelines.
